Amazon Channels

Amazon Channels allows Prime members to add monthly video subscriptions like Showtime, STARZ, and HBO to their account, no cable subscription required. The objective was to drive awareness of Channels, as well as drive lift of free trials and paid subscriptions. We answered by creating a campaign that highlights the futility of paying too much for cable bundles you don't want. We created a :30 spot, three :15 spots, two radio spots, and a suite of marketing assets. We even created style guides to inform the visual identity of each faux channel. The campaign launched in five test markets across the nation, generating a 2x increase in click-throughs to the Channels page, 10% lift in purchase intent, and overall 3% increase in sign-ups.
