Breakthrough is a playlist and program that helps up and coming artists from all genres build their careers by increasing exposure and building fans. A big part of building buzz for new artists is creating out-of-home placements, activations, listening parties, and murals. This work represents a selection of pieces I either art directed in collaboration with illustrators and painters, or personally designed.
Brooklyn Mural
Amazon Music has a mural wall in Brooklyn, NY that is updated every month or two, each time featuring a new Breakthrough artist. The art is a collaboration between Amazon Music and Jelly UK, and is hand painted by Overall Murals.

Amazon Music for Artists creates and markets the tools artists use to launch and promote their careers, connect with their fans, and make the most of the Amazon Music service.
We spent over a year rebranding AM4A with an all new style guide, refreshing the global website from the ground up, producing all 200+ video and static assets featured on it, and localizing it all in 7 languages. As part of the site content, we launched our first artist case study video featuring Conexión Divina, a duo redefining regional Mexican music, as well as a new series of 5 how-to videos. Since launch, there has been a sustained 62% increase in daily traffic. View the live site here ›

As part of the new Amazon Music for Artists site refresh, we launched a new artist case study series called Off the Record. This inaugural video features Conexión Divina, a duo who are redefining regional Mexican Music.

This reel is a compilation of recent motion work I’ve directed and designed.
Vinyl of the Month Club
Group: Amazon Music
Role: Art Director, Motion Designer
Vinyl of the Month Club is a subscription service curated by Amazon Music that lets customers build their vinyl collection. This launch announced the expansion of the program offering four new subscription boxes (hip-hop, pop, rock, and country) and wrapped it all up in a brand new look and feel with bespoke video and photography. Hundreds of assets were launched featuring a new site and product detail pages, supported by social ads and display ads.
